Global Guardians is a sustainable development adventure game where young children learn about the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through the gamification method. Players go on “missions” to help different global regions solve major issues such as clean water access, education, renewable energy, etc, making them aware of important global challenges. Our game focuses on creativity and problem-solving. Children are introduced to real-world problems, and their task is to “invent” solutions using the virtual tools embedded within the game. This inspires them to think critically about engineering and innovation.
